End-User License Agreement (EULA) for CashApp Payment Gateway

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and PalaceSoft for the use of the CashApp Payment Gateway software product, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant: PalaceSoft grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software, solely for your internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions: You may not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer the Software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding this limitation.

3. Intellectual Property Rights: The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and treaties. PalaceSoft and its licensors own all title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.

4. Payment: You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with the use of the CashApp Payment Gateway as specified by PalaceSoft.

5. Termination: This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from PalaceSoft if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement. Upon termination of this Agreement, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. PALACESOFT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL PALACESOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF PALACESOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions.

9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the use of the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings regarding such subject matter.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the CashApp Payment Gateway software product, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.
