END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) FOR TELEGRAM NOTIFICATIONS HOOK

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and PalaceSoft, the creator of the software Telegram Notifications Hook ("Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

1. Grant of License: PalaceSoft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your personal use only.

2. Source Code Access: You acknowledge that the Software includes access to the source code for personal use. This access allows you to view, modify, and customize the source code for your own purposes. However, you agree to use the source code responsibly and in compliance with the terms of this EULA.

3. Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, rent, loan, or otherwise transfer the Software or any portion thereof. You may not modify, adapt, translate, or disassemble the Software, except and only to the extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law.

4. Ownership: PalaceSoft retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights therein. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

5. Termination: This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice from PalaceSoft if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination of this EULA, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software in your possession or control.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty: THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT. PALACESOFT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL PALACESOFT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF PALACESOFT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law: This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

9. Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and PalaceSoft regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
